Hi mate, yep valley born and bred pretty much. I've kited the pondage a few times- it's few and far between for the right conditions though- and launching is well......more than a little hairy. But it was fun to get out and a great flatwater spot. I'm thinking that tomorrow is going to be wet, but hey- it's a water-sport. I'll probably be there by 8 or so.
By the way skin dog- I used to know Shane- any relation? I also landkite a bit at the morwell oval. but if the weather's right I kite mostly in south gippsland- nothing like an ocean breeze :)
