Hey Guys, I'm currently backpacking across Australia and jetting into Melbourne soon so I am trying to plan in advance for once in my life!
I've seen the post up top that points out the good spots...
I'm more asking about what is the wind like out there?
Is it pretty consistent?
does it die off quickly?
Are there any hidden Gems that aren't listed up there? etc....

Also Does anyone here know of any good hangouts, I'm looking to be staying in Melbourne for about a month from the 8th Feb, looking to find a place to stay that has like minded people, hostel is a last resort as it can be expensive.
