Just a quickie to let you know that the Bayside Council (you know: Brighton / Hampton / Sandrinham etc) will be releasing an expression of interest: KITEBOARDING LESSONS AT MIDDLE BRIGHTON BEACH – CONTRACT No 091060L on the 31st October - this will be published in The Age as well as on the KBV site.
