I'm french and i going to continue my study in Melbourne or Brisbane for 2 years. Where do you think is the best place to kitesurfing during all the years?

If you care about having fun off the water - Melbourne.. that said Melbourne probably has better kiting conditions anyway unless you're including the areas a couple of hours north and south of Brisbane.
