not me but go there a bit for bay waves don't think if going to get enough wind and no good if too much s works great on n and nw just add 5-10knots if going by frankston wind meter as must be sheltered by north wind

How was the session yesterday? Looks like the wind was pretty good with a bit of a dip around 2pm.

I kite safety beach when holidaying down there. Can be awesome but depending on your skill level can turn into a nitemare. The beach isn't very wide and depending on where you are you can land your kite on the power lines from the water. It's probably better towards the yacht Club as I think the power lines are further back from the beach. The westerly's there tend to be a bit dodgey too and if theres a little N to it making it on shore, in marginal winds its a pain to get off the beach and away from the trees/powerlines. Defiantly better beaches to kite in the bay.... but if your confidant and don't be stupid you'll have the place to yourself!
