Horizon sail makers down in sandringham do a good job. I've had a couple of fixes by them. Just make sure you clean sand/ salt off the kite.

I had a leading edge hole repaired from abrasion damages, was a raggedy hole, but fixed and works perfectly. Also had a tear fixed, about 70 cm long on one of the canopy panels. Also worked well. Did you ring the number i put up there. It may be wrong, I googled it and it appeared their could be two different branches(?) one specializing in shade cloths ... I had their card but lost it. They definitely do it though.

I've also done some of my own repairs with Kite fix tape, which I think you can get from kitepower. It works really well and is done pretty quickly, glue it on and leave it to set for a couple of hours and your right. But it can deteriorate after a while though.

yep moti levi is very professional. His also super quick. I have used him a few times.

James Thomson knows his ****. I just had a very professional job done by him with a fast turn around. He works through Katani and Kite Republic so you can drop your kite off there and they will pass it on to him. Or you can just call him 0403011062. Very happy to be out on the water again!!!!

I agree I have had a few kites repaired by James....great service, prices and quick turn around.

Just make sure your kite is free from sand etc....... as they dont like unpacking a kite to find half the beach ends up on the loft floor


I think if you need a bladder repaired as well MOti Levi is the go.

Just an update on Harry Potter's info- James Thomson doesn't work in Glenhuntly anymore. He is working out of Horizon sails loft in Sandringham but it is better to call James directly because he charges heaps less than Horizon.
