pretty sure it was a race there were buoys and marshals out on boats

Its part of sail Melbourne. They were flying in 20 kn.

Doesn't look like 20, when I rode past it felt like maybe 12 or 13 if that, why else would they be using 18m+ foils?

Wed was light. They were all on LEIs yesterday (Thu). Wind was 23+
