I was out at Hampton on Sunday, which was fairly busy due to 1) good strong wind 2) waves breaking 3) everyone returning from holiday
I was streaming along when a guy coming the other way, slightly upwind of me decides to try a massive jump and spin and almost lands on my head. I had to take evasive action otherwise things may have ended badly. There is no doubt this guy saw me coming. I headed out to sea to avoid the busy areas, but had to come back through to land later on. It may have been my bad luck, but this happened three times in the session.
Is there any hand signal to indicate - "hey buddy, its a big ocean, stop trying to land your board on my head" ?
