I witnessed some hillbillys removing a kite and bar and lines from under station pier. Spoke with one of them ( in a wetsuit) apparently they were looking for mussels and found it
I only saw it from a distance but it was brown and cream/white totally deflated and a tangled sandy mess, could have even been in the water for months.........
They were quite proud of their find and planned to try and pump it up at home .... sadly I very much doubt it would have held any air.
