Hi all,
Was out at Hampton today, water was brown but great to be on the water. Didn't see the hazard (some old piece of boat motor) that used to be directly in front of the yacht club. Does anyone know if its still there ?

I was wondering the same thing. That buoy that was tied to it is no longer there.

That buoy was often underwater anyway, but I didn't spot it at all on Saturday. Pretty keen to find out if it is still around, it would be nasty to land on that thing.

The guys removed it a week go. It looked like a bit of an operation with diving gear and a work boat ... and dodging the odd kiter. They were still at it at 5:30 when I left.
