Hey not sure if this is allowed on here... but my housemate is moving back to Holland on the 13th of March so we need a new one - thought it might as well be a new kiting buddy!

So its me a 28 year old half-breed Canuck/Aussie (bad at both hockey and footy for the record) dude and I live with two 25 year-old Irish girls. We are all working but like a good craic on the weekend.

We have a pretty sweet old house on a quiet street in Elwood (81 Ruskin St). Its 2 short blocks from the water, close to Acland St and a 5 minute ride or drive (15 minute walk) to the West St Kilda Kite Beach and about 10 minute drive to Brighton Beach. The room is quite huge and the rent is $170/week which includes all bills and furniture (double bed, wardrobe, washer, wireless internet for seabreeze of course etc).

Would prefer long-term (at least 3 months) but would be open to putting up some travelling kiters for the waning weeks of summer (rent would be a bit more for pairs or short-term stays).

Cheers, Spence 0435 052 844

Hey mate,

First of all we just filled the room but I can't delete the original posting.

Yeah we are so full of Irish at the moment! My flatties tell me there's even an Irish music video takin the mickey of all you guys going to Australia! Sorry about the economy over there, its slowly getting worse over here as well. My flatties are working but not the professional jobs they had at home.

The good season is sort of passing now but you can still get lucky after April. Bring your steamer! Definitely no snow though!

good luck on the flat search: Try domain.com.au or gumtree.com.au

Cheers
