Hi,
had a good session in StK on Saturday until I lost a fin screw and my Liquid Force Kaos board turned into a slippery something. Many thanks to the guys at The Zu for trying to sort me out but unfortunately the thread is imperial not metric.

Does anyone have an idea where to get imperial thread marine grade fin screws in Melbourne.

Cheers!

Try two marine suppliers at the far end of Elizabeth St downtown Melbourne - Whitworths (556 Elizabeth St) and Discount Seamart (678 Elizabeth St)

+1 for metro bolts or try www.keables.com.au
If they don't have them they don't exist

Go straight to the source mate.
Economy Bolts will sort you out. Cheaper and they will have what you need.
Don't stuff around with retailers who'll hike up the price of products that are used in industry everyday.

There's more to a thread than imperial & metric.
Thread pitch, thread coarseness, single or double start etc.

Thanks for all your recommendations!

I went to Metrobolts yesterday and got my stuff in 2 seconds from the superfriendly crew working there. Awesome!

Glad they got you sorted. I spent ages hunting around for a supplier on the internet, then found these guys just around the corner. Good ole brick and mortar stores.
