Do yourself a favour, if your going to travel that far to Inverloch... drive the extra 1 hour to sandy point.
pure flat, much less currents if any... and better choices of wind direction.
I've kited Inverloch on a SW, was great but the current rips through the channel which makes it very hard to get up wind in the incoming tide.
