Hey

Just wondering if anyone has kitesurfed Kilcunda. I had a great session today at Cat bay but drove past Kilcunda and it was pumping.

What wind direction am i looking for and what tide is best suited?

Cheers

pretty sure you will want it cross shore no doubt. you can work that out. i have not kited or sailed it. but when surfing there its a great take off nice drop with a wall after then fattens out a little..this is on the left hander.its a fat burger on high tide that won't bother you kiting it.and you will be kiting right handers there anyway there are plenty of them there.

Thanks mate, looks like south, southeast wind will work. Assume anything with west in it will be affected by thr cliffs? So low tide is best?
