Go to the St. Kilda marina and try and get an arrangement together with a boat owner!

They never leave the marina and it would be an awesome love shack as well! You can show all the girls (or boys) (or both) 'your' luxury motor yacht and turn on the rich boat owners charm! They'd be like putty in your hands....... I can see it now loose white shirt, rolled up loose yoga pants, leather sandals, glass of martini, ....... "Come aboard, watch your step were going down to the galley"
