Hi there I'm heading down to inverloch tomorrow and Friday and I was going to take my kite and board with me.. I'm fairly new but have really good kite control and am up and riding (kind of upwind too) .. I was just looking if anyone had any advice or info they could give me to make my kiting trip safe and fun ..and possible what conditions are best I think the forecast is ESE winds ? Thanks guys for your help

Also check the downwinder section of Vic site. There's a map showing a downwinder route where you start on the ocean beach and go down wind (wind permitting!) into the inlet and stop at the fisherman's beach.
