can you kite in Lorne? I've been going to Angelsea and fairhaven but I'm waisting a good hour round trip to Angelsea when this is valuable time off (two kids). Today the wind would have been pretty good out on the main beach at the other end to the surf club. I know Lorne is normally pretty sheltered but today seemed like it would have worked.
Are there any rules or reasons I might not be able to kite there?

Can't imagine Lorne would be any good in a sea breeze, try fair haven up the road. Or make the trip to torquay.
