I lost two foil board screws and brass bolts at the north side of Brighton beach on the grass near the road ( between the road and the stairs down to beach) . If anyone has found these please contact me on 0403 651 386 or if anyone knows how to obtain replacements for these particular screws/bolts

Try SHQ in Sandringham/Rosebud - they have spare parts...call ahead and check though.
Were really helpful when I needed a replacement bridle - a couple of the guys there spent maybe 20 minutes rummaging through bits and pieces - was so impressed with the customer service I ended up buying some other stuff.
If you are in the Northern Suburbs, there an excellent bolt place in West Heidelberg called Australian Bolt Supplies - they have lots and prices are reasonable.
