I finished work around 3:30 in the afternoon and drove down to middle brighton.
Wind was still there and I kitted up. Had a great blast out then the wind dropped a touch coming back in and I ended up past the groin, doing a much longer walk of shame than usual.

Thought I might pack it in, then I toughened up and went back out.

So glad I did because I then had one of the best sessions. Very little swell and managed to hold my ground a lot better. Sun slowly coming down to the horizon and kiting in and out with about 6 other lads. Went to come in and pack up a few times but when I'd look back out at the bay I just couldn't say goodbye. Headed back out till I was physically drained.

Packed up and had the biggest smile on my face. Cruised home all rugged up with some smooth tunes playing.
