Are they building a carbon neutral/sustainable sex den for Point Henry's most frequent visitors?

I skimmed through this, but it looks like a balanced outcome. The coastal foreshore, they intend to purchase more private land for crown land use, and that use seems to focus on public access for recreation, tourism etc. On the east side of the point, a potential marina.. maybe not such a bad compromise, but expect more jetski's etc. I'm expecting a more manicured, gentrified Point Henry of the future. Possibly some boomers protesting about the noise of kites from their water front apartments, some dog walker groups lobbying local gov for a dog only beach - but that is to be expected down the track :P Latte anyone?
