But unfortunately this process will take some time. Noting that its now falling under Parks Vic , not City of Port Phillip as was the case previously . They have a different sense of urgency and duty of care... I have spoken with many representatives and I know they are personally concerned but at time rules get in the way of action. And KBV also must gain approval for any KBV based actions.
