Slim to none chance of actually being able to kite but the Rosebud Kite festival is on tomorrow.
Maybe a 10knot westerly if you are up early?

Thanks for the kite festival tip. The kids loved it. Not all the big kites got up flying due to lack of wind but the massive sting ray was pretty cool. A giant mermaid got up for a bit of a frolic for a while in the early afternoon.
