cheers kovi. one of the boys just got up and wants to come now so sorted. been down to rosebud/rye a few times last year and one of the best spots if kited in victoria shallow( deep enough to wip out) blue water for ages so much room and the wind always feels better there than in st kilda. cheers bro anyways. hope to see you there!

How was Rye? The wind was strong all day, if a little gusty. I couldn't make it down there unfortunately.

AS per usual down there - South Channel was cranking - 25-30 kts - and there wasnt enough to get going on a 12m for a fair amount of the morning.

Wind came in around 11am - and from there was great. Nice sunny day - and enough for little kite. Definitely rather be there than at work :)

Point henry is a great flat water spot in a Northerly if you don't mind sea urchins, mud and weed in a bleak industrial landscape. Rosebud/Rye with its blue clear water. lovely sandy and tea-treed foreshore is paradise by comparison!
