Hey all, hoping to take my son out for some practice tomorrow when the southerly kicks in. Trying to work out best spot that will be relatively shallow and flat and have lots of space. Any recommendations for any of the beaches between Seaford and Aspendale?

Shallow, flat and space? I wish we had that around Aspendale. You won't find anywhere shallow or flat to play south of St Kilda. (And St Kilda obviously has its own issues ie super busy.) I would hit Keast Park (deep and choppy but not too busy, not a bad launch/landing space either) or Middle Brighton (busier, deep and choppy but with a huge launch/landing space.) Good luck.
