direct from Sydney to Melbourne is a straight road called the Hume Highway approx 875 km ( nowhere to kite here )

along the coast from Sydney to Melbourne approx 1300 km ( lots of places to kite here ) Merimbula is one ( if it is windy and there is a beach you can kite )

12m is ok up untill about 27knots so if the wind is under that..... a 12m is fine. 95% of the time it will be under that
