Heading out for a boost session at seaford tomorrow, going to be very windy.

Might even head to Brighton yet

Debating rosebud but is Brighton an option? (much easier if ye)

Wouldnt recomend Brighton if your a beginner, but its looking like it might have a bit of a westerly in that northen wind, which will be sweet at brighton

Ok so as long as its even bit westerly than Brighton ok if not beginner (which I'm assuming means able to hold edge and keep upwind)?
Will save lot of driving time!

Although the forecasts have been totally overcooked the past week or two ...

I'm not holding my breath, but if it's on and has a touch of west in it I'll be at Brighton in the morning.

Just keep in mind Brighton has a reef bottom and a rather small beach, but if your able to crack up wind all day long than should be ok as long as others are out as well.

Tell me about it, over estimated big time, but you know its looking 30+ knots
so even if its in the mid 20's im happy!
Just hope it picks up early cause ive only got the morning leave pass

will join in at Brighton after lunch. Its gusting at 40+ knots at Fawkner now. Looks like it is going to be a great day.

I went down to rosebud and I'm suprised the beach and trees were still there. It was blowing 38kn at south channel gusting to way above 40. There was one guy out but coming in when I got there at 1130 but it was way to stong for me so I headed up to Frankston and got a few good runs in. It wasn't as strong but it was still pretty gusty and very choppy.

My kite was moving on the beach with sand and my board on it, so i called it a day. No fun when your maxed out and its gusty!
