heres a trick. work out the wind directions, and drive through venus bay, as far down the point as you can go. take a 25 minute walk. kite the inverloch inlet from the opposite side. has multiple wind direction options, has cleaner air in anything with west in it, has surf on one side and buttery flats on the other, and, although only 1.5km from the more crowded hotspot at inverloch, you have got massive amounts of super flat to yourself.
google it up and you will see what i mean, maaaaassive amounts of flat options.
and a little adventure to boot.
I have done that a few times.......one time I even stumbled upon a couple having sex just off the track whilst walking back to the car. The girl was embarassed the bloke gave me the thumbs up.
