FYI: KBV are planning the following location and dates for the Victorian State Titles
Location: St Kilda West Beach
Dates (as wind availability, with preferences)
Sat & Sun
??1st Pref: 18th & 19th Jan
??2nd Pref: 1st & 2nd Feb
??4th Pref 15th & 16th Feb ( due to Kite Stock WA)
??3rd Pref: 22 & 23 rd Feb
