Could anyone please advise if able to kite anywhere besides Rosebud/Rye and Point Henry?

Would it be ok in Brighton or thereabout along the coast? was thinking even in a true Northerly, anywhere around Chelsea/Aspendale area should at least be a cross wind (therefore kiteable) and not off like St Kilda.. am i wrong?

Basically, love Rosebud just dont have the time always to go there, so looking for other options in these winds any tips greatly appreciated
