Hi,

I'm new to Melbourne and I'm just wondering where is the closest place that you can kite in a northerly (today)?

I don't have a car so I would need to get there by train or tram.

Would Brighton work?

Cheers,

Brighton is cross offshore on a northerly so its not exactly a safe beach to kite from (in this direction) and not too mention Melbourne northerly's tend to be rather gusty.

We always head to Rosebud on a northerly but that could be a serious PT mission in itself.

Take the train to Frankston 45-60 mins from Burn city, then bus it from there to Rosebud 45-60 mins, just get there in time for the setting sun & a counter meal?enjoy
