If it's just the slider then any luggage repairer, shoe repairer shop should be able to replace the slider for $10-20. Replacing the whole zip would be a pain and a lot more expensive.
If you get it replaced make sure you get one with a plastic slider.
And why did they do that?. I bought the new Zephyr and the zip lasted about 2 weeks and now does not hold if there is any pressure on it . The bag is too small for the kite in my opinion . Any one else having the same problem?
