Rosebud is always good... In the right wind.
At the time of writing it looks like it's going to be a northerly, swinging round to a westerly which looks about right for a rosebud (as it's on shore).
However,... Rosebud has pretty shallow beaches so rigging and launching the kite can be less than idle. Maybe a kind soul will offer some assistance.
If you get down there and need some local advice, see if shq kite shop is open (probably unlikely).
