Just wondering if there is anyone out there who wouldn't mind taking a beginner out and keep an eye on me while I learn. I've had 5 lessons so can fly the kite ok, but am in need of practice getting up on the board. Really would like to know someone around these parts that goes down often after work or on days off. Maybe pick their brains a bit to find out when's good, and what winds are ok to go out in etc. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers
Hey mate not sure if your the same dude but there was someone at gnotuck a week or so ago who crashed there new kite in the grass and told me they had five lessons but still not real confident if your ever up at gnotuck in aspensale there's plenty of us that will help you out and keep an eye on you
Thanks mate, wasn't me but that'd be great if you wouldn't mind keeping an eye on me. Any chance you can shoot me a message on here when ur heading down? What winds are best at heading out in around this area?
Hi mate, I'm from beauy and am looking for kite buddies, I can head to mentone whenever the wind is on, can try give u a hand but not much advanced from you except riding upwind etc
Hey guys, if your still looking for someone to kite with please shoot me a pm. Am at the same level rookie level as you guys but keen to meet some kiting buddies. Restricted to weekends sessions but keen to get out. Cheers, Tony.
I'm totally in the same boat, had 6 to 8 lessons but still very green. Would to have kite with other newbies, (so I'm not the only one out on the water looking like a dick!). Is anyone getting out there on Sunday?
