Hi,

To check current wind speed and direction in the Melbourne bay area, I use www.baywx.com.au.

Any suggestions on accurate wind forecasting sites?

Ricketts Point to Sandringham: floatingfloors.com.au/BRYC/page.html

Kite Beach: www.syc.com.au/weather/ and/or www.baywx.com.au/rycv.html

Some of these are accessed through the baywx site, but some links do not work. Also, you can check conditions using webcams at Rye, McCrae, Frankston, Patterson River etc.
