Racing starts at Sandringham tonight all welcome twin tips surfboards race boards ect. 5 pm at the beach behind the yacht club

how'd you guys go? I saw a few kites out but it looked pretty light

The Race didn't start.
As you said the rescue boats picked up a few people so it was good practice for them
We launched at Sandringham beach as the race was going to be in front of the Yacht club. I launched my 17m and started going downwind as soon as i got in the water. I couldn'make it back to the beach without going over the reef so i decided to do a downwinder. When I got to the beach a few people had followed. I was the first person to get to Hampton beach, so does that mean I won?
Hopefully the wind picks up a bit for next weeks race.

Is anyone heading to Brighton Yacht club for the info session today at 11am? It looks like the race will be good for tomorrow. Forecast looks good.

Is the launch shown in those pictures the same as it will be for sail Melbourne?

Would be great to be able to view those pictures in a slide show in a larger size, I found I was enlarging most then closing the window them doing that for each pic
