kitesoh, generally a dislike of someone of somebody comes through jealousy, your propably a better kiter and have a hot girlfriend well thats my observation, seriously the lads asked a question only to be jumped on, maybe when you breastfeeders leave your mothers breast and travel overseas youll need a bit of help and local knowledge too, hopefully youll be treated with the same respect he has, mate the are plenty of spots up our great coast generally with good winds dont stick to the same spot explore and youll be rewarded

I agree with cauncy,

I'm new to the sport of kite surfing and only travel from Rockingham to Bunbury (so far) and every one that i have met on the beach has been so cool offering tips that have so far helped me out. The problem with forums is there are so many key board warriors that will shut down any one asking for help. at the end of the day **** them go any were in WA where the wind is and 95% of people will point you in the right direction.

my 2 cents

Garry, really you want to tell that Euro to go home?

I quote you from another post: "I am a new kiter in Perth and have been kiting for about 12 years all ova the world.... and am from South - Africa now staying in Perth. " in a post where you rant about the local kite community?

Really, Garry foreigner bashing when you are one too?

Another Euro living here and contributing to the local kiting community, I don't know you but I don't like you.

Kitesoh: not many flat water spots north of the river. It's always choppy round here in the northern suburbs of Perth.

I agree mr frog, I first came here, maybe 28 years ago as a windsurfer and it was amazing how people who had arrived in Gero a little before me, would claim local status and try and protect their own little patch. Oakagee aka Spot X is a classic. Keep it secret, then oh dear someone wants to build a port here. How do we keep it secret plus fight the port developers?

We have an extraordinary coastline, and I think it is not hard to share it.
