Virgin has cancelled flights and has left our family short of accomodation on cocos from 14-17th July. Any help would be appreciated.
Or see Jenny at zephyr kite shed know, also ask at the cafe, the little units opposite the airport are worth checking too
Tourist bureau or Ash/Kylie at adventure tours. Grahame @ Cocos Castaway would be the best bet. Seems we were lucky that our planes were on the days scheduled (but any excuse to tell the boss I was stuck on Cocos would have been nice). Pray for another volcano eruption on Bali and you will have a few more days to consider.
cauncy is right. You could wade to pula maria (feral chook island). There is a lean to there and plenty of coconuts (and chooks).
