Hoping to contact the guy with the Best Bullaroo kite... been emailing best about your Bularoo not launching well and need more information for them to help tune it. Maybe we give this a try before selling it for a REV?

Also, what about the guy who had to punch out on both safeties? Please contact me so we can get some sort of kiting buddy arrangement for you... to be safe, er, from a particular kiter with bad manners.
