I will be heading to Melville today as the wind forecast looks good. From 3pm on if anyone is keen.

Did somebody **** up at Melville today?

Most people know the score and if you can't figure it out when you get there then you are pretty slow. Walk out into the water (shallow as) and take extra caution when launching. The beach is only a few metres wide and right next to the road. It can be pretty gusty too.

People that live down there already want kiting banned. Having kites land in the yard or on their 2 million dollar house doesn't help.

They choose to live there they don't own the river. That sort of thing really pisses me off.

I saw someone the other day launch powered up and almost ended up on road...

then kite came flyback opposite directed. straight across someone's lines. But at least he stayed off the road.

i was there from 4 and didn't see anyone land on the road , fill us in

I hear you man but they do own their property and to be fair would you want **** going bad in your yard? If we all stay on the river than they have no reason to complain. Look out for each other down there.
