Hi WA-Kitesurfers!

Where are you ?!?

I am here for another few months near Freo for studying. Brought 25kg Kitesurf stuff with me and nearly never used it! I think I haven´t found the right spots so far, saw not more than 10 Kitesurfers.

So, could anybody tell me where it is allowed, and good to surf now, small/medium waves and flat water? I was at Leighton, South Beach near Freo, but I think it is not allowed to surf there any more (thats what the signs says..) and Scarborough.

Please tell me where I have to go to meet some guys who like kitesurfing like me! My probl is, that I dont have no car here, so I need to take the bus and train.

Perhaps anybody just wants to write a message when he/she goes to a spot for kitesurfing. It´s so boring to surf alone.

Hi Micha,

everybody are in Safety Bay! Its just 20km south from Freo. If you will come opposite of Penguin island in windy day you will see us. I have blackpink North Rebel. Its great spot, good for learning tricks. There is a shalow water for about 1km between mainland and Penguin island. We are actually also visitors here. There are always some kiters...See you!
