Howdy all,

My girlfriend and I are heading to perth from the UK in around feb 2014 ( might change slightly as are sailing from the UK to carribean first). We are both teachers and both kite, and wondered if anyone knows of a spare room that might be available for a week or 2 so we can settle and find a place to live and work, but glean as much kiting location knowledge as possible whilst we stay? I know it's a long way away, but any tips would be good? Locations in perth that are cheaper rent, but near a kite beach?

Also I'm wondering whether to bring my kit out from the uk or not? Is the 2nd hand market any good out there?

If there are any kiters out there that are secondary teachers aswell, I teach design technology, and my girlfriend teaches physical education. If anyone knows of cover work going, or longer we would be very keen.

P.s, perth sounds like kiting heaven compared to uk, we are VERY excited!
