The Auckland Blokart club recently held a 100km endurance race which has prompted some members of the CQBC and Blokart Aust forums to get a 100km event scheduled for Farnborough Beach. (same place as the last two Aust Opens)

The purpose of this post is to gauge support for this proposed event from interstate and abroad.

Please post your thoughts on such an event here.

We propose to host it later this year if there is enough interest and if we can get other Blokart clubs around Australia into the idea then it will be a huge success.

Sounds like a great idea. I love races where I dont have to turn too often!!

Is State of Origin still happening later this year though?? Not sure how much time off the boss will give me or two blokart events??

Just tell the boss you need to feed your addiction. Otherwise you will need stress leave!
