Is anyone watching the greatest race on 7. One of the challenges in NZ is to visit BK heaven assemble 2 blowies and sail them around the track 3 times. It looks like one woman has tipped and hurt her arm.

Edit:I mean the Amazing Race...

And the the reason she hurt her arm was beause she did not listen and adhere to safety instructions for a capsize.

Haha, yeah I know. I noticed they showed the bit where they told her not to put her arms out! Looks like it was just a graze anyway.
