flying into Perth domestic last week the plane went over a massive empty yard that was bitumenized.
the area was around Bushmead rd/ Stirling Cr/ Lakes rd.
it was only when i saw a ute driving across it that i realized you could hold a national and a enduro on th size of the yard.
It had a large shed on the west and some stacks of contaainers on the east side.
The place was big enough to have lighting towers and be fully bitumen . The staff carpark looked about the size of Belmont.

to the north was a yard full of minesite dongas.
