Events for August starting on Sunday 3rd at Balnarring Beach,Unfortunatley another early low tide so meet at 9am for some social sailing and demo time.All novices and newcomers very welcome,for free demo please state your intent via PM.

Still below 10knts and northerly so a no goer for Balnarring this Sunday,I am going to check an inner city all direction venue tomorrow and see if it's viable for Sunday.

Sunday 17 AugustWindsEast to southeasterly about 10 knots becoming southerly during the day then increasing to 10 to 15 knots during the evening.SeasBelow 1 metre.

Didn't get the 15 to 20 knts but still a very pleasant sail with the sun out and minimal beach traffic to contend with,4m sails with some fibre glass up top made for great clear the cobweb sail.
Next club day is planned for Sandy Point on Sunday 31st Unfortunatley another early start with a low around 9.30am

The next Melbourne Blokart Club event is planned for Sunday 31st August at Sandy Point meeting at 9am opp the cafe for a low tide of approx 9.30 for some short course racing and social sailing,all novices and newcomers very welcome.

Looks likely that we will around at the inlet one later than advertised time with N/Easterlies 12knts gusting to 20 still early days will keep you posted.

Wind gods not co operating so we have decided to cancel to morrows Sandy Point event.
