A simple modification to have the footbar fitted inside the pod. 2 metal bars, 4mm thick, bolt holes 105 mm apart, a spacer on the footbar to stop the sides bending in,2 plastic footrail clamps the same as at the front of the deck on the blokart.Replace the bolts with 50mm ss bolts to carry the second plastic clamp to hold the footbar against the existing rail.The bottom holes on the 2 bars go on the pod bracket long bolt going through the front assembly.

Hi Hills, Im 168cm, 5ft 6'' I fit in ok, the plastic pod cover does get a bit scratched on the inside after a while from shoes rubbing there. it makes sailing a bit easier to stretch out, pod or no pod.

My husband is 6ft and fits inside his pod just fine. I guess it depends on individual circumstances.
