Enmach Industries here in Bundaberg have plastic 6" wheels and tyres same spec as blokart wheels but not branded blokart. I believe they come from the same factory as blokart wheels from Tauronga in NZ.
Enmach get them for their plastic moulded garden trailers for attaching to ride on mowers.
They come fitted with either 4.00-6 (as fitted to blokarts) or 15 x 6.00-6 tyres. The tyre brand they use is Deestone (from Thailand) which have a tough long lasting compound and seemingly heavier ply, however they do need to be balanced.
The Deestones aren't as uniformly moulded as the Deli (from Indonesia) tyres as fitted to blokarts.
The quality of the wheels is very good and take 6202 bearings. I buy the cheap Chinese or Tiawanese brands for about $2 each from BSC. For our purposes they are just as good as the $35 stainless bearings. The bearings need to be spaced apart with a sleeve which needs to be no less than 54mm long.
The important thing here of course is that the ends of the sleeves need to be dead square and parallel so that the bearings are perfectly aligned.
Of note here is Brian Reynolds comment that sometimes worn bearings are better as they tend to self align. Considering the use of plastic hubs, this to me sounds like a good idea.
I noticed last year at the Titles at Yeppoon that some of the competitors were using what appeared to be the open pressed metal bearings as used on wheel barrows. One would assume that they would need to be flushed out after every race.
By the way, I get the wheels from Enmach for $50 each with the smaller tyre and $55 with the larger tyre. Cheers, Cisco.

PS. For Fallshaw type wheels, if you have a LARGE Bunnings store nearby, check it out for wheels. Some of the Bunnings and other hardware outlets have a big stock of wheels at very reasonable prices.
