The blokarting boys from Melbourne are looking to head over to the lake on the easter weekend 2011. We are looking for any interested parties/clubs be it Blokarters , Landyachters,kite buggies or any other wind powered vehicle to join us at this pristine venue for a festival of social sailing,i know so of the SA guys are keen so if your interested we can starting making some plans by placing this date in your diaries.
Lots of lookers no takers yet. If you are looking for one of the best venues in which to harness the winds this is it,a little remote but thats some of the beauty of this place. G
Ok guys and girls i have just had an update that the lake is dry and firm and by the easter break should be rock hard barring any heavy consistant downpours and the track onto the lake is accessable by normal passenger car with caution to a couple of wash outs,so get your planning caps on to enable yourselves to sail at this pristine venue.We are planning to be lakeside around dusk on Thursday.
