I've been following this on FB. Good to see FISLY have had success!
Thanks Lachlan, any chance of Australia coming back into the fold and joining FISLY on our Olympic journey ?
I guess we would need a National Association for that.......which was/is a bit of a sticky topic. I have no doubt there are some of us thinking about it, however the numbers don't seem enough to get the idea off the ground. Maybe I'm wrong.
The other minor thing is a distinct lack of competitive FISLY spec yachts (due to a lack of appropriate building materials iirc).
Give it a go. Who knows where we can go if we work together on this..
AAIIEEEEE, gday matey, currently the whole national association is rather quiet, some of us are kind sitting back ,having a rest, waiting for all the problem makers to pass away or move into retirement villages. those of us who have the passion are still there waiting to train and advise the next jedis
Sandgropers and lake Lefroy clubs (class5 and 5.6) are still active in WA, not much going in the eastern states, Blokarts are still active in those states
