I have an Alum frame landyacht for sale, this was built a few years ago and has been in storage in the roof of my Carport.
I don't ever seem to get time to use it and could use the storage space for many other things.
Would love to see it go to someone who will get some use out of it.
I would take a little bit of cleaning up and a few minor things done to get it running.
It is an alum chassis with foot steering, its not built to any particular class or design but fits neatly in the back of a standard ute tray with the rear axles slid out.
It uses a small catamaran mast and sail that is setup to rotate.
Each of the rear wheels has an independent disc brake that is controlled by a bike brake lever beside the seat.
It would be a good head start for someone who had a bit of time to develop it further.
It has never been used on the beach as the only times I have been able to use it was in a local park on grass.

I live on the North West side of Brisbane but work near Ipswich so can help with transport if needed.
